A True Gem in Phoenix - More Than Just Bagels! We were looking for a great local breakfast spot and wanted to skip the usual chain options--so glad we discovered Scott's Generations Deli! Nestled off 7th St. and Glendale In Phoenix, this classic deli has been serving up incredible food since 1989, and after just one visit, we understand why it's a local favorite. Though we grabbed our order to-go, the cozy atmosphere made us wish we had time to dine in. The place was bustling, with a mix of regulars and newcomers all enjoying a hearty breakfast. And let me tell you--Scott's is far more than just bagels. Their menu is packed with classic breakfast staples like pancakes, eggs, bacon, and more. We ordered Asiago bagel sandwiches--one with sausage, one with ham--and they were outstanding. The sausage was a huge split-open link, crispy and full of flavor, paired perfectly with fluffy scrambled eggs. The ham sandwich , served with over-easy eggs, was so good my partner ate in complete silence (the ultimate sign of a great meal!). We also added a side of home fry potatoes and a chive schmear bagel, both of which were fantastic. And the best part? The value! We were honestly shocked that we got all this food--two sandwiches, home fries, and a bagel with schmear--for about $25 with tax and tip! We're already planning our next visit. Whether you're craving a quick bagel or a full classic breakfast, Scott's Generations Deli is the spot to go! (Apologies for the lack of photos--we were too busy enjoying our food!)

I saw a post on Facebook about this place, so the hubby and I stopped on the way to the football game to try it out. We live in mesa and we would gladly drive the distance to come here again! The BEST pastrami and corned beef rueben i have ever had. You can order pastrami or corned beef or both and we did both! The rye bread was also amazing! Husband ordered the italian beef sandwich, the bread was so soft the beef had great flavor very juicy! The fries that came with are crinkle cut potatoes and were cooked perfectly! It was so good we didn't get a chance to take photos but don't think about going, just go!

The best pastrami sandwich I've had since my visit in New York back in 2002. The smell and the taste took me back to NYC

WOW, what can I say? I came here for the first time today and thank god I did. Service was great! Ordered 3 sandwiches, pastrami on rye, corned beef on rye, and a roast beef. Phenomenal all three! Pickles were great, and the slaw was very good. Also purchased a cannoli for the wife and she is still raving about it. Please stop by here and enjoy the best jewish deli in town!

You want authentic New York Kosher Deli, with all the deli delights? This is the place. Our server friend Zeus, we've known him 12+ years works here. We stop by now and again for breakfast. Portions are generous, coffee good, display case contents tempting. Service by Zeus, friendly, inviting setting. All Scott's Generations proudly depicted on the East wall.

A very solid sized sandwich for one person. It's right around the corner from my place and while I don't crave a Reuben often. When I do, this is the place I go to. They are very consistent with their food and I've always had a great meal here.

All the reviews talk about the portions and we should've been prepared for that, but honestly it's so much food!! Good service, good meat. I'd come back in a year when I'm finished digesting.

Made a quick stop in and super glad I did! I got the Reuben, Corned Beef and Pastrami combined. It was stacked high, super thick with meat. The kraut was proportional as well. This was a great sandwich. They put the dressing on the side, a bit strange, but I was able to add it bite by bite which was fine. The potatoes were cut like potatoes, but fried like fries. They were just past fried, which was perfect. I love a double fried fry, so I was super happy with these. If you like a great Reuben, my go to sandwich, don't pass this one up!

Purchased a Groupon to this deli and usually don't expect much with those as either the establishment is struggling, not very good, or a new place trying to gain business. Boy, was I surprised! Came around 2pm and it wasn't busy. Our server provided excellent service. I ordered the turkey sandwich with Swiss and a side of macaroni salad. My friends ordered the taco salad and a Reuben sandwich with homemade fries that were more like wedge potatoes. The turkey was piled high and customizable. The only thing I forgot to ask was to add mayo. Mac salad was tasty and not too creamy as some places overdo it with the mayo. My friends enjoyed their food as well. Chatted with the owner briefly (assuming his name is Scott) & he is originally from Long Island and such a nice guy. I highly recommend this deli. They have a wide variety on their menu. You won't be disappointed!
